A new build residential development in the Isle of Lewis

Having been introduced to ThermaCool through the company he worked for, Mr Christian Wagner saw the potential of ThermaCool for an energy efficient, new build residential development that he was designing in the Isle of Lewis.

Due to a large area of glass façade there was an issue of overheating that needed to be addressed and the ThermaCool Panel met both the performance and construction requirements for the project. The project was selected by the Scottish Government and awarded the Outer Hebrides Design Award 2012 – Commendation for Sustainability.
